Most courses commence at 9.30 am in the morning.

If we experience any disruption to our schedules, for example adverse weather conditions, severe traffic problems etc, we will try to contact individual delegates and we will also post a short message on our home page with further advice and alternative telephone numbers.

Our normal office hours are 09.00am to 17.00 Monday to Thursday – Friday 09.00 to 15.00.

If you need to speak to someone outside of these hours please call the main number 0800 170 7007 and your call will be diverted to a voicemail system 24 hours a day 365 days of the year.
