City and Guilds 2382-22: Centre Examination Only

On completion of the 18th edition examination successful delegates will have been assessed in the following areas:

• • An introduction to BS 7671; the Wiring Regulations, and its relationship to other legislation within the electrical industry
  • An introduction of how the regulation numbering system works
  • How to effectively index and navigate through the Parts and Appendices of BS 7671, including:
  • Part 1: Scope, object and fundamental principles
  • Part 2: Definitions
  • Part 3: Assessment of general characteristics
  • Part 4: Protection for safety
  • Part 5: Selection and erection of equipment
  • Part 6: Inspection and testing
  • Part 7: Special installations or locations
  • Part 8: Functional requirements

   

All candidates on this remotely invigilated City and Guilds examination only session, are assessed via 60 multiple choice questions – this is an “open book” examination and is carried out using the computer based City and Guilds e-volve system.

Candidates will be advised of their results shortly after completing the examination.
